  • Company Documents: Official company papers showing company name and address.
  • Amazon Communications: Emails from Amazon and/or performance notifications, arranged in chronological order.
  • Appeal & Amazon Correspondence: If an appeal has already been submitted or communication has taken place with Amazon, please provide copies of both the emails sent to Amazon and their responses.
  • Product-Related Cases (if applicable): Purchase invoices and/or receipts for the product in question.
  • Order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking numbers.
  • Supplier details: company name, address, phone number, website.
  • Bank statements proving payment to the supplier.
  • Amazon Seller Central Access: Be prepared to log in and share your screen during the consultation to show the necessary sections. Ensure you have the appropriate permissions.
  • Prep Center (if applicable): Contact details of the prep center and invoices issued by them.

Step 2: Book a Consultation

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we charge a fee for the consultation. During this session, we conduct a thorough review of your case, business documents, invoices, receipts, and any relevant sections of Seller Central (e.g., Account Info, Account Health). We also examine performance notifications and any past communication with Amazon. This assessment is crucial to understanding the situation accurately.

Additionally, we discuss how your business operates and what processes you have in place. After this review, we will provide a specific offer for account reinstatement. If you proceed, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost.

We need to fully understand the case and set realistic expectations. While we have maintained a high success rate, the outcome depends on factors such as the quality of your documents, whether missing documents can be obtained, and the internal processes of your business.

We commit to working on the case, even if it requires multiple appeals (5-6 or more) or escalating the issue to Amazon’s highest level. In extreme cases, success has only been achieved after the eighth appeal.

The consultation fee is not refundable, as our time, expertise, and effort are invested in thoroughly assessing your case. Our service operates on a fixed-fee basis rather than a success-based model. Success requires your cooperation in providing the necessary documentation or obtaining missing documents as advised.

Once we review your case, we can estimate the workload required and provide a detailed price quote. The consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost.

Success cannot be guaranteed, as external factors—such as Amazon’s policies and prior actions on your account—play a crucial role. During the first consultation, we assess the situation and determine a potential action plan. Based on our experience, we can estimate whether reinstatement is feasible.

Some cases can be resolved within days, while others may take months, depending on complexity. Every case is unique.
(Please note that the final decision always rests with Amazon.)

During the consultation, after reviewing your case, we can provide an estimate of your chances. You can then decide whether it makes sense to proceed.

Yes, of course. We offer a service specifically for this. Once you book a consultation, we dedicate time to your case and apply all our knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and reliable answers. 🙂

After reviewing your case, we will assess the required work and provide an exact quote.

For relatively simple cases involving only a few ASINs or one or two brands, resolution typically requires 3-5 hours of work. In such cases, we usually agree on a fixed consultation fee covering 3-5 hours.

If Amazon rejects the initial appeal and further steps are required, for simpler cases, we charge an hourly rate for additional work.

For complex cases involving hundreds of ASINs, in-depth documentation review, and strategic problem-solving, costs are higher due to the increased workload. However, in these cases, we typically do not use an hourly billing system but instead provide a fixed-price proposal for the entire service.
